Marie's Halo LLC is a luxury candle and fragrance brand handcrafting small-batch soy candles, Eau de Parfum, body oils, and room mists from Baltimore, Maryland. We operate marieshalo.com and all sales made through this site are subject to these Terms.
Eligibility and use
By using our website, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or browsing under parental supervision. You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.
Products, pricing, and orders
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or adjust pricing at any time without notice. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees calculated at checkout. Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance from product photos may occur. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors and will issue a full refund if an order is cancelled after payment.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Marie's Halo LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Returns, refunds, and product safety
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Opened fragrance products, burned candles, and sale items are final sale. Our candles are made with natural soy wax and wooden wicks you agree to follow all candle care instructions provided. Marie's Halo LLC is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use or failure to follow care guidelines. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Intellectual property
All content on this website including text, photography, branding, product names, scent descriptions, and the Marie's Halo name and logo is the exclusive property of Marie's Halo LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
Privacy and limitation of liability
Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve your experience, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marie's Halo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
